If you had to list three words that sum up your essential values, what would your words be?
We did this at work with the managers with whom I work. My three concepts/words were Safety, Creativity, and Knowledge. I learned the three words of my colleagues and it was amazing how much the three values really prove to have predictive value for how an individual will respond in a variety of situations. For me, the three values play out in virtually every aspect of my life. What are your three words?
