General Question
What is this kid's(?) show?
I saw part of a cartoon when I was little. I don’t think it was South Park, but it had the same animation style. It featured two little girls trying to preserve what one of them called “a perfect icicle.” They ended up wrapping it in one of the girls’ hair, then covered that in snow I think.
