Is the iChair company that makes the iPhone/iPad case (with a built-in kickstand) a fraud?

I recently attempted to purchase an iPhone 4 case with a built-in kickstand in the back that’s made from a company named iChair. I paid for it and the purchase was withdrawn from my account, yet I never received the case in the mail. To top it off, I’ve emailed the company numerous times about the concern and haven’t heard back once. I’m beginning to think that I got scammed and that the iChat company is a fraudulent business. Has anyone successfully purchased an iChair case with a built-in kickstand for their iPhone or iPad?
You can visit their website if you’d like.

Yes. You are not the first one to get defrauded by this company. If you paid by credit card, see if you can get the charge reversed. Then you might want to look into filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Ran a quick WHOIS on them.

And all of the images and external files are hosted by Shopify. They are a legit company and would probably like to know that one of their customers are scamming people.
Thanks for the help, I just filed a complaint with my bank and got it all figured out.
