How to add meta tags to Blogger?

Can some one explain to me hopefully in lamens terms how and specifically where to add meta tags to my blog? I use blogger. I want to add this:

<title>Boardrooms and Babies</title>
<meta name=“description” content=“Work from home opportunities for working moms and stay at home moms. DIY, Do it yourself projects for decorating the home” />
<meta name=“keywords” content=“work from home, stay at home,mom, baby, DIY” />
<meta name=“author” content=“Joy”
<meta name=“robots” content=“index, follow” />
<!—META Tags generated by http://www.submitexpress.com/meta-tags-generator.html—>
</head>

If you look at some of your blog post in Blogger (View Source trough righ click menu in Firefox), you will see that meta tags are already partialy filled. Blogger automaticly writes meta tags according to your post tags (labels).

I’m afraid there is no other way to influence what meta tags you will have in Blogger, but you don’t have to worry too much, since Blogger is already quite SEO friendly, and Google tends to ignore some of meta tags completely (meta keywords), while only sometimes using the others (description).

If you use some other blogging platforms like wordpress, some plugins will allow you to have complete control of your meta tags.
