Cure for stress?
I’m super stessed right now. Here’s why: I have major exams coming up, I’m on my never-ending period, my friends are pissing me off, my friends are making me to happy, my mom is on my case, Christmas presents need to be bought, I have to make honor roll this semester, I’ve gotten no sleep, exams are coming up, I’m studying like a mad-man, my mom hates me, she’s pissing me off, exams are coming up, and I’ve been running so much, I think I’ve ran a marathon this week. Oh, and my hair is falling out, by the hand stroke. I can’t even brush my hair anymore as much as I normally do.
A girl can’t take this stress. I’m aching, I’m studying, I’m running, I’m giving advice, I’m getting pissed off and at, and I can’t take it anymore!
Please! De-stress me.

Excercise. The universal antidote to negative stress.
I go to the range and shoot some bowling pins or watermellons. I will shoot paper if I have to, but making watermellons explode and bowling pins dance is more rewarding.
That’s normal, you’re working very hard.
Take a deep slow breath, and another one. Smile.
Repeat as needed.
Your mom loves you.
Pour yourself a stiff one.
Stretch out on the floor. Really stretch. Focus on making yourself feel heavy. Talk yourself through the relaxation. From the top of your head to the very bottom of your heel. You can force the stress out. Picture a heavy roller in your body, pushing it all out as you stretch.
Remind yourself that none of this will seem important a year from now. Everything will be okay even if things don’t go perfectly.
Take some time out for yourself.
i listen to music, contemporary. it helps clear my head. you need to think that your’e going to get through it. good luck.
