Keyboard that controls iTunes while playing games?

As i play PC Games i usually have iTunes playing in the background, now im looking for a way to Play, Pause, Stop, Skip songs while in game without having to play windowed or alt + tab every time.

Does anyone know a keyboard that will control while the game overlay is still going?
