This is an argument some friends of mine are having. I’m getting some very conflicting answers.

I was riding my bike and was hit by a person wearing headphones. I had enough time to move my head and look at her as I was on her fucking windshield before she noticed me. The look on her face was priceless when she noticed me. Her reaction was idiotic. She slammed on the brakes and I was flung into oncoming traffic.
DON’T WEAR HEADPHONES WHEN YOU DRIVE
@johnpowell OMG! I hope you are OK.
Off topic but on my mind: A young girl was killed here this morning by a hit-and-run driver. She was thrown in a ditch, but was not dead. It is conceivable that if the driver had stopped, she might have lived they say.
I agree with johnpowell. Even if it isn’t illegal, it’s not something anyone should do.
I’m sorry that happened to you johnpowell.
@Marina that’s very sad.
how about Missouri? A friend of mine does this and I find it rather irritating and of course, in his mind, there’s no danger to it.
According to Wiki answers, it’s now illegal in all states.
is this sparked by the kid who got hit by a helicopter wich he might have been able to dodge if he wasn’t wearing headphones? even though it’s not sure if he even was wearing headphones?....
i was talking about this incident
