How should I transmit photos of x-rays?

I work at a non-profit hospital in rural India, where we want to start sending images of x-rays to a radiologist off site. I’m wondering: what is the absolute simplest, easiest, no-nonesense way to do this? Something that involves the least number of steps, complications, etc. We would be sending about 50 x-ray images a day.
