Can someone help with the name of this movie?

I’ll try and remember what I can…

It’s about a mom and daughter who move into this old house that has a big, standing mirror in one of the bedrooms. The daughter becomes entranced with it and somehow starts changing because of it.

She was tormented at school so I think she uses this mirror to get back at her classmates, not really sure though.

Does this ring any bells? It’s an old movie, I think, maybe late 90s.
