Has anyone heard of blue water to relax for sleep?(details inside)

This is prepared by putting clean water in a Blue colour glass bottle, ( Fill ¾th of the bottle and leave ¼th free) and leave it in the sunlight for at least 3 days. drink a cupful half an hour before going off to bed. You need to have at least ⅔ bottles full and in the sun all the time if you are to maintain this therapy.

How would anyone expect that to do anything?

Sounds like the power of suggestion to me.

The only blue water I have seen is at the bottom of a chemically treated toilet. But if it works…

I second @gailcalled, power(suggestion)+power(bias(observation)) != reliable data
