The general book of ignorance ~ everything you think you know is wrong.
The Chronicles of Narnia. All seven books! If you’re buying just one, probably “The Magician’s Nephew.”
Although it is trendy, I think Randy Pausch’s The Last Lecture has a lot to say for someone at the rite of passage into adulthood.
“Idiot’s Guide to the Real Word” or…
“Mangaging Debt 101”.
I think something about investing for retirement might be useful.
The Last Lecture by Pausch. Aptly titled, and good lessons for navigating the real
world.
I recomend “the cay” by theadore taylor :)
