At this precise moment in time - what music is playing in the background - or in your ears?

What’s playing? Did you choose the song – or is it simply in the background?
Stop. Does the song have any special significance?
If you were to try to mystically read into this – could you find some kind of symbolism in the song you happen to be listening to while pondering this question?
Just for fun.

Little Richard is on tv right now (as a subject in a talk show).
I feel fruity all of a suffen.
She by Tyler, the Creator is playing currently. Houdini by Foster the People was on not too long before it. They are pretty different from one another, so I have no idea how that reflects my mood…just felt like genre hopping, I guess.
The Weezer Christmas Album
Sometimes Always – The Jesus and Mary Chain
I heard this song on the radio billions and billions of years ago, and have been googling and asking for it on every Q&A site I could find. Just recently, I googled the lyrics ”...you went away and now you’re back…” and found it on YouTube!
My hubby is playing Saint’s Sow on the xbox. Not a lot of music there!
Blue Murder by Blue Murder(band) off of their album, you guessed it, Blue Murder(album).
Doesn’t have any particularly special significance for me other than being some pretty damn good music in my opinion though it does remind me of my 80’s youth.
Symbolism… not really, maybe Smurficide?
The Futurekind from the Doctor Who soundtrack.
Tubthumping (I Get Knocked Down) by Chumbawamba.. XD
The washer and the dryer. It is just background. It has no significance other than that my clothes will be clean.
Listening to the background music of the Wii.
At this very moment (just checked Spotify), My Soul by Phish, from Hampton ‘97. Which is apparently a new boxed set, though I’m pretty sure I’ve had the concert for years. It’s a tasty tune, and I’m pleased with it.
Spotify Europe in general has a pretty poor selection of ‘jam’ music, but there’s recently been an explosion of Phish albums concerts available, so I’m quite pleased.
Meanwhile, on the TV (and muted) is a DJ who seems to work 24 hours a day, because I swear I hear him on my drive in.
Cheers of the crowd. Buffalo scored on Toronto.
Bob Dylan “If Today Were Not a Crooked Highway” on Pandora
More cheers. Buffalo scored again.
Brighton Beach March by William P. Latham. Don’t ask why or how it is in my head, it just is.
Do you know the way to San Jose?
Theme song for The Big Bang Theory.
Worst ear worm song ever- The Sleigh Ride Song. My daughter sang about six bars in the car and now it’s stuck in my head.
Wish you were here – Pink Floyd.
Nothing. I barely ever listen to music when on the net. I might, but my computer is…really old, and on its last legs. I can’t do that many things at once on it. Yes, that’s how bad it is. By all rights, it should have died long ago, but somehow, it’s still going. I’m serious, too. I’m not making some subliminal zombie joke. I mean, this thing has not been upgraded for about two years, besides one fan replacement. That wouldn’t be so bad, but I know it’s in bad shape and hanging by a thread. Yet, somehow…
I probbaly could listen to music on it while surfing, but I’d rather not chance it. I have a CD player, but I listened to all my CD’s a million times, and I don’t like the radio, ecxept in the morning to hear the weather forecast. It tells me how strong I need to make my coffee. And even then, most of the time, looking out the window is good enough. My judgment isn’t so bad.
Seriously though, all I hear are the sounds of the night…that is, my roomie talking to someone on Skype, and the fans of my PC begging for release.
But I’d like to answer the question accordingly, so right now I’m listening to this. Seems fitting!
Also cool, nothing crashed. XD Ecxept your ear drums, ya can say it!
I hope that counts as precise moment. ’‘headbangs’’
Country music, Blake Shelton – who are you when I’m not looking.
Somewhere Down The Road – Barry Manilow (a personal favourite of mine!) My iPhone is on shuffle so I didn’t deliberately put this one on but I am glad to be hearing it.
A dog howl from my hungry puppy. I did not know he could sing a song. Interesting.
Sweet Kinda Something – Beulah
I was hitting random web sites for kicks and stumbled upon nyan.cat. Guess what earworm is stuck in my head now :-p
