Name an activity or activities that you completely indulge yourself in and when reaching an end you realize you completely forgot about the ticking clock. Has this happened to you recently?

Sleeping and sexting with my homies. ;-o
Painting, drawing… I’ve been known to start an art project and suddenly realize that 12 hours have passed and I haven’t even budged to pee or eat. Happens often. I like to joke that I understand how Van Gogh frequently forgot to buy food and eat, and it usually leads to me saying something like: “I better take a break before I feel compelled to cut off my ear.”
Am I really the first one to say “Fluthering”? How pathetic I am!
Don’t worry. I enjoy Fluther as much :)
Cleaning house, doing laundry, ironing, cooking, running errands, watching series episodes on Netflix, surfing ebay, adding songs to playlists.
@JilltheTooth Don’t worry, Fluther was one of the first things to come to my mind as well. :)
I lose track of time while reading and Fluthering a lot. Once I start reading a book, I have a hard time putting it down. I can read through a whole book in one sitting.
Smoking pot and recording.
Redditing. Happens all the time.
Fluthering yes, but particularly when I am in the zone with my work. Time can stop and a bomb could go off and I am unlikely to notice.
Oh come on, no one has said sex or making out?
@Adirondackwannabe . . . Duh. That hardly takes any time at all.
C’mon guys! Am I right or am I right?
@Adirondackwannabe . . . Fuck no. Find me a gal that fakes it. That’s a woman who cares about her man.
Surfing the net, painting and reading.
When I’m coloring yes coloring in a coloring book and reading.
Making jewelry, and any other creative hobby, really.
@shego one of my guilty pleasures since I’ve had a child is coloring in my daughter’s coloring books
Hmmm Ill have to say…RETAIL THERAPY :)
Hmm.. activities that make me lose track of time would include but not limited to, oil painting, reading a good book, puttering with and growing flowers and here lately, Fluthering.
