So I am addicted to nasal spray...Are you?

I know, I know but I had a cold about two months ago and everyday since then I’ve been using it. Now, my nose is always stuffed and crappy…I can’t kick the habit without feeling like it will make me sick.
Any ideas? Have you done this? HALP!
