How long can I keep wing sauce from a restaurant?

Asked by RealEyesRealizeRealLies (30960points) December 27th, 2011

A local kitchen gave me two tubs of their wing sauce for my cooking pleasure. It’s not a bottled sauce from the store. It’s a home brew from the chef and it was put into styrofoam tubs, wrapped in plastic. Been in the fridge since last Thursday. Can I still use it tomorrow?

yes you can use it just fine. I’d be willing to bet it will last a couple of weeks. If not, at least one week.

I’m sure it’s vinegar based and hasn’t lost its pizazz at all.
