General Question

Now that I have been approved for a fair rating credit card, why am I receiving all these pre approved offers?

I could use another card,but I’m scared to keep applying because I’m told it will lower my already not so great credit rating.

Pre-approved does not actually mean you are pre-approved. Be sure to read the fine print on all the junk mail you are receiving. Credit card companies are like vultures and want you under thier umbrella for all the money they can extract from you.
