Galaxy Nexus ota updates?

I have the new Galaxy Nexus but it is still on android 4.0.1 without the volume bug. My phone says it’s up to date, but 4.0.2 has already been released . The carrier is Vodafone and I am from Romania. Anyone else having this issue?
