What's a good way to get rid of loose stool caused by lots of highly potent antibiotics?

I’ve been hospitalized most of the past 2 weeks and have taken some very heavy duty antibiotics. As a result, I’m having loose stool. It’s not diarrhea yet, and I don’t want it to get that far.
I’m eating yogurt with live cultures.
What else can I do?
