Would Houston have won the NBA championship(s) if Jordan wasn't retired?

Jordan was out for 93–94 and came back late in 95 (CHI lost to Orlando). Both seasons, Houston won.
Think Houston would have won either if Jordan played those two seasons in full?

I think the Bulls would have won the championships in 94 and 95 if Jordan hadn’t retired, and if he, Pippen, and John Paxson had stayed in good health for the major parts of those seasons.
