How do you lose weight quickly?

I want to lose some weight, lose a gut,and fit my clothes better! How can I jump start this quest?

don’t eat more than calories than your body needs.

Its honestly that simple. If you really wanna get crazy, start running. Cardio is king. Weights just make the muscle under the fat bigger.

As far as quickly goes, just intake way fewer calories than your body needs. That’s when it’ll burn off excess fat as fuel. Be careful though, too much weight loss too fast is unhealthy.

Dont drink anything except water, don’t eat any fast food, increase your excercise level…you should be doing at least three hours a week of cardio, add fiber to your beverages, benefiber is tasteless… Good Luck!!

You already have a great jump start, you are a guy. One easy change men can get good results from is to make small changes in their daily habits. Do you drink soda? Switch to diet or, better yet, eliminate it altogether. Drop seconds on bread or rolls. Choose a second vegetable or salad to replace potatoes or macaroni and cheese. Do you drink alcohol? If it’s beer, move to light (Amstel light is pretty tasty) and cut back on the amount. Add some form of exercise to your routine. Something you like whether it is chopping wood, walking the dog an extra mile a day, pick-up basketball.

Are you a speed eater? Scientific studies show that if you eat at the table not in front of the TV you eat less. If you chew each bite mindfully and slowly you eat less. The good news? People report their food tastes better eating that way.

Most important? Think of these small changes as lifestyle changes and not a “diet” that will end. Good luck!

The Cabbage Soup Diet will make you shed a few pounds in a week, but it’s mostly fluid, not fat, that you lose.

take the weight you want to be and multiply it by ten… That will be the amount of calories that you consume every day

So if you’re ideal weight is 8 stone, you should consume 80 calories a day? And how long do you suppose someone could do this before getting seriously ill?
