I am almost curious enough to send away for them to find out. Almost.

I’m not quite sure what this band is. Is it claiming to be an acupressure device? I can see how wearing a wristband could be a visual reminder about trying to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
They don’t. The livestrong bands profits from sales go to cancer research.
@zensky: How about a rubber band around your wrist, which is the free version? Then send a contribution to the American Cancer Society.
I imagine if you eat them they will cause enough digestive distress to cause you to lose some weight….
Whut you talkin’ ‘bout, Jackson?
If you put one round your neck you won’t be able to swallow anything.
Okay – I’ll explain a little better; notice I wrote “silicon bands, livestrong like” – that was for a reason. I mistakenly assumed this particular “diet’ was international… there is a company which shall go nameless for now that advertizes a diet wherein the dieter wears these silicon bands.
I was wondering if anyone was familiar with this – and how it worked.
But we were having so much fun! Gee, Dad, you spoiled it. <stomps foot and pouts>
The only ‘band’ I know that helps people lose weight is a gastric band and if you put it around your wrist, it isn’t going to work.
