What is the best choice as a fine arts photo printer under $900.00?

Asked by BronxLens (1539points) May 19th, 2008

As of now I’m considering the Epson R2400. Most images will be in color but I have many in B&W too, and for now the 13” x 19” max. standard print size will suffice.

I have that printer and I love it. Sharp detail, great color, and different black inks for matte or gloss paper.

I use it to make the prints at davestolte.etsy.com – highly recommended!

Epson R2400 is what I use and its fantastic. My portfolio is a 11×14 portrait book on Crane Museo Silver Rag.

Amazing printer!
