What are your thoughts on Greece expanding its disability program to pedophiles, kleptomaniacs, and exhibitionists?

The only one I have an issue with is exhibitionists.

Pedophiles and kleptomaniacs have a proven biological issue – their issues are (as I understand it) essentially chemical and not easily controllable.

I have never read any evidence that says that exhibitionism is a similar type of disease.

No matter what their reason was for including these individuals, it is not a good idea. The inclusion of these individuals will lessen the impact of people who have actual disabilities & this will create negative reactions when people say they are disabled.

I have no issue with that. I do have issues with the Disability Groups who are just complaining because they fear they would get less money now.
