Is Glass Haus a good brand of bong?

Dude, it’s a bong. Just a tube with a carb and a slide. What makes one better than the other? I am sure it is fine.

I live in Portland @mineown every one here makes glass. Glass is glass. You are buying a bong, all it has to do is hold water.

If you don’t know that there is more to it than that then, you must not smoke and Idk you felt the need to post. I’m not trying to be mean, but you don’t know anything about it and I am actually trying to find information that I was unable to find myself about a particular brand.

You know, (or at least I’m going to assume you know) a vaporizer would be a lot better investment. Better for your health and more enjoyable all around.

A vape would be nice, but the reason I ask is because there is a specific one I saw that I really want that I have been saving up for but I just wanted to see if anyone had ever heard of the brand.

@mineown I think you think the brand matters a lot more than it does. Worry about the quality of weed not the maker of the bong.

sure, a vape is nicer than a bong and a bong is nicer than a chillem and a bubbler is nicer than all…I felt the need to chime in because maybe in my 25 years of smoking pot, I missed something? A bong is a tube….What I meant by that is that there is nothing that makes one work better than the other unless it has a carb on it. Also, ice water is nicer than just water and leaving the water in the pipe is gross, change it each time. Leaving it does not make you higher and it stinks and it grows mold.

also, another great idea would be to ask the owner or buyer for the shop since they are the ones that are promoting the product. I know that they can get expensive.

@mineown you’re not helping the marijuana movement out in here. Please be more specific if you expect a more in depth answer. You did not mention anything about a vaporizer or a peculator or any lengths that you are looking at. What it sounded like to me at first was a plug for some glass company that makes bongs. Be specific, give us something to compare it against. A bong is just that…A bong. It is a tube that holds water and sometimes has a carb or not and sometimes has other water filters placed through out it. Either way…the longer the distance the cooler the smoke will be for your hit. Personally I find bongs to be a bit elementary and tend to look really silly sitting around in the home. Why don’t you try an email to the company but seeing as how they do not even have a website that might make it difficult to get a hold of them. Also, judging by your replies I take it you are not just looking at bongs but other smoking devices, am I correct in assuming this? Often times a pipe is a pipe as a bong is a bong. The artistic side of it is for aesthetics. Please, @mineown tell me what I am missing here so that I can make an educated answer as to what you are inquiring about. Is it a bong, vaporizer or something else? Are you looking for a “healthy” way to smoke as you stated above? I say melt it down in to a butter and have it on a biscuit if you are worried about the health effects of smoke but please note that smoking a joint is far more healthier than smoking a choking sized hit from any bong. All bongs do it cool the smoke down. Vaporizers are the best for your lungs aside from ingesting marijuana.

@judochop, what I want to know is… I walked into a local shop and saw this really cool skull bong that I thought was awesome. They told me about it and that’s what they said the brand was. It was one of a kind, but they had other bongs by the same brand. What I want to know is if anyone knows anything about this brand, because they do not have a website to tell me information.

Ahhh I see. Sorry, I should have not replied. I don’t know anything about the brand. I have looked at some sites today to try and gather some info up for you but nothing…I did see some silly ass bongs though. Anyway, buy it if you like it. It is just aesthetics anyway.
Personally I’d buy the bong that looks like a big dick because it has triple value. You can smoke it, you can conceal it down your pants and who knows, maybe your girlfriend or boyfriend will get in to it thus taking your smoking to new heights.

It’s not so much about brands with bongs. Yes, there’s a quality component, but it’s really more of a local artisan craftsmanship type of trade, not a big corporate brand kinda thing. And then, most of the craftsmanship is about creating aesthetically pleasing glasswork, about pretty colors and rad colors and wacked-out colors and cool designs and the like. Price range is really a good way of knowing quality. Just stay away from the cheap plastic shit and you’ll be fine.

ok ALL I want to know is more info about this particular brand, not if its better or if it matters what brand I get. I JUST want to know if anyone knows anything about this specific brand. I’m sorry to be blunt and borderline mean, but every single person here is not telling me ANYTHING about what my question actually is.

@mineown What they are all saying is the brand is likely a small local brand. Most bongs makers are small, there is not much of a demand for them. If you like it and think it is worth the asking price buy it. If not don’t.

Personally I used to make my own in HS science out of the pyrex test tubes, flasks and glass tubing. The $200 model doesn’t do anything differently than a $2 model would, usually it just looks nicer doing it.
