Some people are caffeine addicts, alcoholics, some like me can’t go a day without chocolate. Some are even addicted to sex. What’s your addiction?

Chocolate, coffee, computer games (Angry Birds, Plants vs Zombies, etc…), smoking, cats, funny pictures, amphibian nipple torture… you know, the usual things.
Mars bars, Snickers bars, M&M’s, Twix.
And chocolate.
Brushing my teeth. I can go a few days without bathing but I like to brush my teeth at least once daily and sometimes more if I want to feel fresh or settle down.
Kinky sex with (consensual) slave women tied up and available for me to use however I choose to.
Video games (currently: Portal 2, Mirror’s Edge, Dead Island, Catherine, Mass Effect 2, Skyrim, Pain)
@HungryGuy, I best Dead Island over Christmas break playing as the rapper. The game is awesome.
As for me, I’m addicted to Battlefield 3, buying books/guns/vinyl records, caffeine, and the song “Nineteen” by Tegan and Sara.
The Internet. That’s it. I avoid video games like the plague.
Probably only Fluther these days (and work…). I used to smoke but I haven’t for many, many years.
Modern Warfare 3. I went 13–4 on TDM Dome today. Lol.
@Fiddle_Playing_Creole_Bastard – [SPOILER] I’m stuck escorting that tribal chief to the sacred burial ground deep in the jungle. I used all my ammo and molitovs against that hoard as we entered that one village (you know where I mean if you beat the game) and all my weapons are totally degraded, and now I can’t get past. I think I have to start from the beginning again. But this time, I know I have to collect and hoard my ammo for this moment. I played as the Chinese girl because I was disgusted at all the stereotypical angry black dudes (and dudette) I could choose from. But yea, next time I’m going to play as Sam B so I have the strength to whup some serious zombie butt.
Buying cds and books. I can’t get into buying MP3s or eBooks, there’s just something about acquiring music and literature in their physical forms. I also absolutely HATE buying them online unless it’s necessary. I’d rather search the city and hound obscure shops like I’m goddamn Indiana Jones.
Books, caffeine and the Internet.
Ohhh yes, books. I do have a book addiction.
Iced Tea. Real tea, lots of ice.
I’ve learned how to ask for ice cubes in 20+ languages now thanks to travel for work.
Peanut butter, tea, hot chocolate and cigarettes to name but a few :/
I think maybe my IPad jthat my company gave me today!!
Fluther.
I am sort of addicted to food, I definitely eat more when I am bored, and especially when I feel lonely.
I was addicted to caffeine for years. It’s so awesome in so many ways, but does have its down side. I quit for about 10 years, and then the last 3 years I have dabbled again here and there. I just went off of it a week ago again, after cheating for about 3 months. But, even when I cheat it is usually only about 12–16 ounces of soda or tea. It isn’t that much caffeine.
The air I breathe? Basic bodily functions? Imagination? Thinking? I can’t think of any think I am actually addicted to. I personally don’t believe in addiction. I enjoy chocolate, but I won’t go insane if I don’t metabolize it for a month or a year or whatever. I enjoy sex, but I don’t need to have it. I can go a day or more without pretty much anything.
Fluther, some jellies, pizza, and books.
@cprevite Ah yes, thanks for reminding me. I also have an addiction for eating chocolate chip cookies…
@everephebe Liar :P
@MilkyWay Fine, you know what, I’m addicted to telling the truth! :p
And I’m addicted to singing ‘Liar liar pants on fire!’
Link or it never happened.
You know what, I’ll link it tomorrow. Seriously.
And I’m not lying. :P
Lip Balm.
I can take or leave most things. I cannot shake my need for lip balm at bedtime. If I wake during the night (which is common for me), I must put on more lip balm.
Putting on chapstick, music, books, you guys :-). I have a reason for the chapstick thing though. Playing clarinet gives you reed burn if you don’t have chapstick on, so I made a habit of keeping it with me. It’s always in my pocket now.
Walking, chocolate, the Internet and my friends
Music, my iPod touch, my kindle (loooove it), lip balm or lipstick ( I hate for my lips to feel naked ever!), painting, a drink after work, candles, thinking, and caffeine.
Caffeine, sugar and rescuing animals.
Spicy food, rubbing cat tummies, watching re-runs of The Nanny, Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, and Househunters.
Cold turkey…. but I quit…. cold… turkey.
I’m an alcoholic. I also smoke. I’m surprised I still have teeth.
@Symbeline Ditto. My teeth are actually made out of dental tools. j/k I’ve done remarkably well considering…
Me too. That’s a bit of some hope. But it can’t last forever. Among other things that come with these addictions, heh.
@Symbeline Yeah.. speaking of which I put a piece of solid tape over your avatar. Doesn’t matter if its you or not, I can’t stop looking at it.
Nicotine and the internet.
I think I have officially kicked my Xbox habit, and I’ve been pretty good about not gaming, in general. Trying to give up soda, again, though that is less of an addiction now and more annoyance at myself for giving it up completely for over a year and then drinking it again.
@Symbeline In real life, I actually have buck teeth. No one who has seen them is alive today though. At least in my head, when I’m all drunk and shit.
Shopping… I buy something almost every day or every other day. I could have saved lots of money already. I want to learn to be less materialistic.
@dappled_leaves, they are one of my favorite bands.
@HungryGuy, I dunno what to tell you, man. That game is hard sometimes, especially when you have two butchers and a horde after you at once. And the football player isn’t an angry black guy. He’s white.
Tobacco and coffee. I managed to swtch to decaff for the caffeine but I’ve yet to be able to quit smoking.
Music. Listening to it, playing it, singing it..and also drawing.
