Big toe keeps dislocating?

Recently I have been getting this feeling in my foot a lot, that sometimes it feels as if something is about to pop out. And this evening I dislocated my big toe twice, it just suddenly happened and I was barely moving. The other day it dislocated whilst I was walking aswell, Does anyone know what this could be and how to go about stopping it from happening?

Without being a seeing your foot, I’d say you need to seek out a podatrist.

Do you play sports? Do you have bunions? Have you ever suffered a foot injury?
