You could read about it in the newspaper or learn about it by watching the news on television. Those are both still available.
Yes, there are still newspapers and TV news.
It wouldn’t all shut down at once. Websites would shut one at a time as they were sued and given forced take-down orders. The ones that remained would report the news (briefly, as long as they lasted).
One could also set up an alternate internet, which some German hackers are working on via satellite.
