Where is the question about the 4 year old causing the death of an elderly woman with his tricycle?

Or something close to it anyway. It is in Fluther somewhere, about an elderly lady dying from her injuries, and the family was suing or the 4 or 5 year old being charged? The question was how this can be? But I can’t find it by searching.

Thanks augustlan. Added: I treid “6 year old” that made the differnce. But he was 4 at the time of the incident, I knew that much.
