What is the procedure for getting married in court?

My fiancé and I are 18 and we have been together a
For 7 years and we would like to know what happens when you get married in a court house. I live in Texas

You need a marriage license. There’s a 72-hour waiting period.

You must take the approved forms of ID.

You must be at least 18.

You have to pay a $60 state fee (unless you complete a pre-marital counseling course).
