Is there a reason why the process servers can't serve OJ Simpson foreclosure papers in jail?

Apparently, these process servers have been trying to serve him foreclosure papers at his HOUSE in Miami.

I think he’s in a Nevada prison, is there a reason why the servers can’t go to Nevada? Why do they keep trying to go to his house? Obviously no one’s going to be home.

I realize his house is in Kendall, not Miami.

Because they just have to record the act of going to his house to serve him papers. if they are not successful, the foreclosure goes forward anyway.

A foreclosure is a lengthy process with a host of requirements that must be met before the foreclosure can be considered legally valid. It proceeds in very deliberate stages and each stage must be properly conducted and properly documented. Anything less can open the door to challenges that, in the worst case, can invalidate the entire process.
Due Process is the principle of fairness in all legal matters. Legal procedures set statutes and court practice, including notice of rights, which must be adhered to so that no prejudice occurs. Due Process safeguards private and public rights against unfairness.
