Is there a reason why the process servers can't serve OJ Simpson foreclosure papers in jail?

Apparently, these process servers have been trying to serve him foreclosure papers at his HOUSE in Miami.

I think he’s in a Nevada prison, is there a reason why the servers can’t go to Nevada? Why do they keep trying to go to his house? Obviously no one’s going to be home.
