What is a good site to start a business related blogs or newsletter?

blogger.com is probably the easiest place to start a blog. You can start a blog on any topic you choose.

If you want to start a business related blog, wordpress.com would be the best option since its a lot more professional, allows multiple users and has an abundance of themes.

@richmarshall: try it. Takes less then 30 seconds to create a blog. And its incredibly easy to post. Also I have to confess since i do designing for tumblr, I might be a little biased

I think Wordpress looks the best.
