What's a Remington model 1100 20 gauge, mint condition, worth?

My brother called me last night asking if I would sell my shotgun to him for his son to use. They’ve been hunting birds lately and he doesn’t like the pump action he’s got. I haven’t used the gun in years, but it’s been maintained well. It doesn’t have a scratch on it. Oh and just for the heck of it if you’ve got any funny hunting stories throw them in too.
