In a real world scenario, is killing someone using a Death Note prosecutable?

Once the book is established as a recognised murder weapon, I do not see why not.
If it happened often enough, and the police identified a suspect, I’m sure some prosecutor would try to prosecute. But proving guilt in court would be neigh impossible.
MMMmmm from what I have read on The Death Note, I have to No it would be hard to prosecute not to say someone would not try.
How about pushing pins into dolls? Isn’t the enlightened world beautiful?
I guess so, if you had the true intent on killing them. They can’t pin it on you if you think it’s an ordinary notebook and use it as a diary or something.
