In other words, what animal best represents you?
Or what animals characteristics are you attracted to most?

@Blackberry I should have known you’d beat me to human. :P
Sloth bear, your face is my jolly rancher.
I most resemble a cat in preferences and temperament.
Marmosets. They’re a little weird and attach themselves to things. Their faces are also very expressionate. I blew in the face of one at a zoo, and it had a “yo, wtf?!” look on its face. True story.
@FutureMemory Would you hold it against me if I did? Would you sing it to the world, for everyone to hear?
An owl. I love the night, I freak people out and I like to swallow. this joke is never gonna get old for me haha
The owl also represents wisdom which I don’t have much of, so that’s one thing that attracts me to it. But really, I just think owls kick ass. I like ravens too, and may associate myself with them as well. Being a bad omen, all creepy and gawth, plus eating out of the garbage is something I see myself doing in less than urgent situations. Lol.
@FutureMemory No, but it does sound like a song now that I read it back. I’m subconsciously expressionate like that. ;)
Funny you should ask this, a few years ago I discovered my native american totem animal was the goose, based on the astrological signs of such.
Go figure!
So that explains my fetish for geese. One day about 15 years ago I realized I always wanted to have pet geese. Now I have my beloved almost14 yr. old chinese goose and his 2nd wife.
There has to be some weird significance to this, I swear. lol
@Coloma How does one find out their totem animal. I’d love to know mine if I got one.
Definitely an Owl. As @Symbeline said, Owls represent wisdom & knowledge. I have been collecting Owl figures for an extended period of time & I finally decided that my collecting of Owl figures is an outward manifestation of my inner continual search for wisdom & knowledge.
@Symbeline I think you could google native american totem animals, or NA astrological signs..I had a book, but it’s gone now.
@Coloma I just took some online quiz real quick. I realize this isn’t how you find your totem animal, but it’s almost freaky what I got for results. I got a crow, and an owl second. w00t?
Imma go find out how to discover the animal for real though lol.
I love wolves. You look one in the eye and you see what wild is all about.
My men in Vietnam called me “el Gato,” so I guess that’s what I am… the Cat.
<—- jus’ a ole’ love bear
Wombat…eats, roots and leaves…
Nah… It would have to be a cat.
Otters, because they spend so much of their time playing, even as adults.
A horse. I have crazy levels of stamina, am physically strong, am loyal but independent, can be corralled but only for a very short time, need a bit attention from time to time but not too much, prefer to be social but still go into my corner to be alone sometimes, like to play and fling my mane every now and then, love my apples and veggies but have a tad of a big backside, love to go fast-fast-fast… and if pushed too far, I’ll bite, kick and buck.
A Siamese cat. I love to sing, but do so badly. I love to sleep in late. I’m a cuddler, but I’m content to spend lots of time by myself contemplating nature.
@Kardamom
My wife is a cuddler too. I LOVE it! : D
@CaptainHarley I bet you’re a big old pussy cat yourself too, that’s why your wife loves you so much : )
Prrrrrrrrr
@Kardamom
ROFLMAO!!!!! Inside I am, but I’m perfectly capable of handling the situation when bodies need to hit the floor! : D
Did anyone else just start singing that song “let the bodies hit the floor, let the bodies hit the floor” in their heads? :D
Yes. I did before I wrote that. : )
A mimic octopus. Not only are octopi extremely intelligent, but are excellent problem solvers and critical thinkers.
These octopi use tools, solve puzzles, and can mimic other animals to ward off predators or fit into an environment. Shape shifters, if you will.
