Can anyone here say they have a life that has no worries? Not just relatively no worries, but no worries. Or is that impossible these days?

It was possible when I was young, but these days it’s one task after another.
I’ve enjoyed carefree years, infact I am just coming out of about 5 years of care freeness. lol
My only cares are related to the economic climate.
As have many, I have suffered some big losses, otherwise, I am an extroverted and optimistic personality type. I don’t borrow trouble and have a solid appriciation of simple pleasures and try to keep an attitude of gratitude even when facing uncertainty.
Far from it, actually it’s a “CAREFULL” life!
No. My life, I believe all lives, have cares. I just choose not to dwell on them.
In my dreams? Yes.
In reality? Not hardly.
I ask because I lived in a community where no one would admit that anything in their life is anything but perfect. On the surface, it looks that way. I believe that everybody has problems; it’s just a matter of which ones you are dealing with.
@Sunny2 Valid point. I’m not fond of the “I’m fine/We’re fine.” people. They aren’t real.
I prefer to keep a realistic perspective. Everyone has some adversity.
Does a careless life count?
I wish I could say that I have a carefree life…. I love my life, I love what I do, I love the people in it… but I am self employed, and I am constantly having to think about where the next bit of income is going to come from. My mother has always said that if you have money worries, then everything in life becomes hard work. I don’t have money worries as such – I live within my means, I don’t owe anyone a penny etc. – but I do have to work continually to make sure that my income continues. That gets to be pretty wearing.
(I can’t wait for a holiday I have booked that’s coming up soon – It will be an enforced no-working period for me, and will get me through the next few months. That said, I often do some of my best thinking during holidays as I have freed myself up from the day to day working. I never truly switch off!)
Fuck no lol. But booze helps make it seem that way. XD
