Have you or anyone you know, ever had plastic surgery and had buyers remorse?

I always hear of people regretting getting a botch up job, which is no surprise, but I wonder if people ever get exactly what they wanted and expected and yet felt it failed to deliver.
I was wondering because we do sometimes get that dream hair cut to discover it really doesn’t fit who we are. So it got me wondering about the ultimate cut.
If you or someone you know has had some surgery that they regretted, please write what was it for and why did they feel it didn’t deliver.

A coworker (late 30s, married, two kids, athletic) had breast reduction surgery. She only regretting it a couple of times a year during dress up parties when “the girls” would normally be on display. The other 99.8% of the time she loved it.
By the way, can someone tell me how a married guy is supposed to answer when a married female coworker, a couple of months tpost BR surgery proudly walks up to him and asks “How do you like my new boobs?” How do you say anything without getting into trouble?
“Ummm….uuhhh…”? or “I didn’t know you had hazel eyes.”? or “They look great.”? or “You look like you lost 10 pounds.” or….
I knew a girl that had liposuction on (in?) her belly. She hated the way she looked in her jeans.
I could never tell a difference, she looked the same to me even after 6 months. She never said anything about wishing she had never had the surgery, but it sure made me realize I wouldn’t go through liposuction if the results weren’t substantial.
@LuckyGuy You say I’m a gentleman and a gentleman never comments.
None for me, but, yes, I have known 3 people, 2 friends and an aquaintance that have had horrible experiences, not my thing at all.
One friend had fat taken from her ass and thighs and implanted into her breasts. One “took”, the other didn’t and ended up “slipping” into a sausage roll below her breast over her ribcage. She had 2 more surgeries to fix the problem and her breasts were ruined IMO.
The other spent thousands on Botox injections that basically made virtually no definitive difference in her face and then had a moderate facelift and eyebrow lift that left her with the wide open eyes of a nocturnal marsupial and with a permanent numb spot on her forehead.
The 3rd was a young mother in her early 30’s with 2 preschool age kids and had a stroke 2 days after a tummy tuck that has left her permanently disabled. No thanks…I’ve been the observer of the guinea pigs and while I am comfortable with my aging process, IF I ever entertained vague thoughts of cosmetic surgery those thoughts quickly evaporated with these real life friends.
I’m spending my money on good food and travel, let the parts fall where they may. lol
I had some tightening of the skin around my jaw and upper eyelids which was very successful, but I learned that I scar too badly to do anything further. If you’re considering facial surgery, consider that factor. If scars resolve well, go ahead. If they don’t, consider where scars will be and the fact that there will be scars.
I have occasionally thought about having liposuction for a bit of muffintop that I am genetically predisposed to. It seems that my fat likes to congregate at the same latitude all the way around my body. I could wear at least two sizes smaller in jeans if some of that was gone.
I have been fearful of bad consequences, so I haven’t gone anywhere with the idea.
