Whichever theme song from a James Bond movie I listen to, it is recognizable instantly.
But I can’t put my finger behind why that is the case.
Any musical Jelly that can tell me what makes these themes so recognizable?

Cheesy formularic bullshit….yeah, that’ll be it.
Personally, I think it has something to do with the accompanying simi-naked women that always seem to be a part of the title sequence.
I’m no expert on music composition but chances are the seemingly identical arrangement or melodic signature your ear detected coud be that of John Barry’s. He did 8 scores I think. It seems the use of a symphony orchestra with grand and sweeping violin play is probably what sets Bond songs apart from others.
But I love it. This is the reason why I enjoy listening to Robbie William’s song “Millenium”. It has in it an instrumental part in violin and obviously taken from John Barry’s song from “You Only Live Twice”, which is another lovely vocal, imo.
