How do I activiate Microsoft Word when it won't let me?

Is there any way around this? The product key is correct. It’s after installation is complete it won’t allow me to activate the program.

So my only option is to buy another disc?

How will it not let you? Does it actually not let you, does it say you can’t or can you not figure it out? What message do you get? Have you tried the phone option that comes with literally every product?
