Do salesmen at Best Buy earn a commission?

I used to work for Best Buy, no they don’t earn commission.

They do pay pretty well, depending on the department you work in. Sorry for the 3 separate responses! :)

Then what’s the incentive for them to swindle customers? As stated above they have more than a healthy prowess for sales.

I’ve never been swindle. Not by any one at BestBuy… I wish I could say the same for other places. PLUS, they are more knowledgable! I purchased a complete sound system for my boyfriends van, had I gotten it from anyone else, I would have paid about $5500.00–6000.00! I don’t care how loud you play it, it remains crystal clear, NO distortion! Anyway, They get paid a great hourly wage
