Why do I sleep a lot lately?
I sleep like 10 hours or so, but I still feel tired and sleepy when I wake up and I feel like I want to go to bed again. I don’t even hear the alarm clock when it rings…
I don’t know what’s wrong with me, so if you know, can you please tell me the reason and what to do to eliminate it?

Depression and lack of exercise can largely contribute to that feeling.
However, you could just be sick. Are you having any other symptoms?
I feel exhausted as if I have been all day working although I was staying home…
Get out and exercise. And eat some healthy food. You’ll feel more energized soon. Sitting around the house doesn’t help.
You may need to see a doctor. You could be anemic or it could be something else. Go and get a physical. Tell the doctor your symptoms.
How are your teeth? ...any other persistent low-level problem?
It’s easy to overlook some low-level chronic ailment, but they can take a toll on energy level.
Especially with teeth we can get used to some degree of discomfort but:
– the discomfort can keep you from sleeping deeply
– the discomfort can be a sign of infection that is sapping your body’s resources.
It’s winter. Where do you live?
This is a sign of Seasonal Affective Disorder. It’s also a symptom of Vitamin D deficiency.
I don’t know, but sometimes when I sleep too much I feel lethargic.
Exercise does wonders.
What is your day like? Is it mentally packed, or not much going on?
