You can’t use PayPal for activities that

All the cash gaming sites I’ve been to (Gameduell, Skilladdiction, Worldwinner, King) allow users to use PayPal to deposit funds, so they must meet the requirements. That could mean it’s legal everywhere, or just some places, including where those sites are headquartered. Does anyone know?
