Audio Technicians: Are you familiar with using Soundflower?

I plan to record via Mainstage into the Logic interface because I love the sounds from Mainstage. Do you have experience with Soundflower as a virtual interface?

How would you go about recording Mainstage sounds into the Logic interface so that it matches my guitar smoothly? Thanks!

It should be as simple as setting Mainstage’s output to Soundflower and then cuing up a Logic track with Soundflower as the input.

I’m going to confirm this. On Mainstage simply cue output into Soundflower. And cue up a Logic track, an audio one, not software instrument, arm it and good to go. :D
