How do I deactivate Norton's automatic submission function?

I’m working on a computer that has Symantec’s Norton 360 version 4.0 installed on it. Does anybody know how I can deactivate the software’s automatic submission function? I’ve searched on the software’s online help, documentation and various menus but I can’t find how to do this.
