What is the best language learning app for German and Czech?

I’ll be going to Munich and Prague in a few months and would like to learn a few German and Czech phrases, like “how do you do?” or “where is the nearest bar?” What is your favorite language app for the iPhone and do they have one in German and Czech? Or, should i just buy a phrase book? Can you also recommend a good one?

If you’re going to spend ample time in a country, drop a couple hundred bucks on Rosetta Stone. You’ll probably be amazed by how much you learn just from the first (basic) disc.
