Ideas for names for a new one woman environmental consulting business?
I am just starting a sole proprietorship to do environmental consulting. My main client will be a renewable energy company. I don’t want to be limited strictly to this. My specialities are regulatory permitting, approvals, some environmental impact assessment, and just general project management and getting things done. I’d like the name to not be too specific…..but definitely be reflective of environmental work. Any ideas?

The best names are usually simple ones.
Seekinganame Environmental Consulting;
Details here in a smaller font.
Regulatory permits;
Environmental Impact statements
Project management
Regulatory approval
(Don’t use “permitting” as a noun here.)
Greenpaths
ecoConsult
GaiaGuidance
It Is Easy Being Green
Stewards of the Earth
Greening Your Industry
World Care
@gailcalled regulatory permitting seems to be the accepted term according to google
I am sure it is but it is not elegant and sounds awkward in the list if you care about parallel construction.
Or you could use; permitting, managing, approving, regulating, stating and impacting (ugh) as an alternative.
This question looks an awful lot like another one, recently, where there was asked for a new, one woman owned ‘taxi’ service, but that must be a coincidence.

@gailcalled using incorrect business terminology will sound much more awkward to her clients and suggest that she has no idea what she doing.
Structured Environmental Design and Consulting (pronounce the acronym “SED&C” as see-DACK)

What do I win for best suggestion?
“Sheco,” when what you need is green. : )
You’ll need to be sure that anything you choose is not a trademark or service mark of an existing company.
I favor GailCalled’s suggestion of “______’s Environmental Consulting”—there’s no obfuscation there.
Other ideas:
EcoSense
EcoSmart

It’s interesting that many OPs and others of us seem to think it’s important that a business indicate if it is owned by a woman. I wonder why that is a factor? Just musing on this.
Green Windmill Consulting.
Thanks everyone for the responses, I have some good ideas now!
@janbb
I didn’t even think about that angle when I recommended “Sheco.” I was trying to find a short, catchy title that would say something about “eco” and “She” just fit. : )
How about something from the words Conservation and Environment…
The CONSERVIRONESS
The “ness” coming from Baroness?
When I want a service, I think like this:
“I remember that Rich Kraham has a graphics design company? What’s it called? Ooh, good. Rich Kraham Designs.”
If I had to remember Conservironess or some other fancy words, I probably would give my business to someone else.
Ok then, Environess sounds better to me.
