Do they make reeses peanut butter cups with dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate?

Asked by occ (4179points) May 25th, 2008

dark chocolate and peanut butter is one of the best combos I can think of – do they make any dark chocolate reeses? and if so, where can I get them? if not- any other dark chocolate bars that have peanut butter?

They aren’t listed on the official product page, but there are special edition Dark Knight Dark chocolate ones shaped like Bats. They also come in and out of special edition availability every now and then,

You can also bake them yourself with this recipe if you feel creative.

I make my own. I take a piece of Lindt dark chocolate and dip it in Laura Scudder’s All Natural peanut butter, it is the BEST taste since movie theater popcorn and M&M’s.

I just got a couple the other day, they’re in my freezer though, awaiting the perfect occasion. I got them at Giant (grocery store) near the check-out area. They are packaged individually, like their PB eggs.

Newman’s Own also makes them, they are smaller and come 3/pack. You can usually find them at W*l-mart’s main candy aisle.

Warning: those are quite addictive.

My wife thinks they make them ( and she would know :) ) I say order some smidgens but they are not available in dark chocolate and peanut butter until the fall. Until then she says they have some a trader joe’s
