Take lots of cold baths.
Yet, don’t forget that peeling is your bodies way of getting rid of damaged cells, you don’t want to get rid of the peeling itself. Use cooling gel to warm the sunburned area, use lotions and creams to help cool the area. Avoid fatty creams, they make it harder to heal the skin.

You don’t if the burn was bad enough. Keep your burned skin moist with aloe gel (go for the purest possible).

Lots and lots of moisturizer! Aloe vera helps too….

I’ve tried slathering on the aloe and lotion to avoid peeling but I have never found a way to stop it, just delay it

Lots of Aloe and moisturizers. Keeps your skin moist so it doesn’t dry out from the sunburn and peel.
