Is it true that most women (and men) lose their virginity on their prom nite?

Just wondering if anyone has any statistical information to back-up this “old wives tale” of many years.

Question: is it true that most women (and men) lose their virginity on their prom night?

Not for me. I lost mine on a Tuesday, I think. It wasn’t prom night!

I love honesty. Thanks Kate.

It’s supposedly about one in five @john65pennington, so not most. I did not have any type of sex before or after any prom.

Nope. I did not go to any of my proms.

I didn’t. I don’t remember the day of the week but it was in April I think.

I don’t know how it would have been possible. We were watched very closely all night right up to when we were allowed out for breakfast. The same for my kids’ proms. With all the worry about drunk driving I would guess that prom night is the LEAST likely time to loose your virginity.

Not I… I didn’t go to prom!

I went to three proms and a cotillion ball before graduation, but despite my deepest desire remained a virgin until 23.

Not I, and I went to my senior prom.

I went to my Jr prom with a beautiful girl with a few issues. One of my friends had problems during the after prom party and I went to help her out. While I was away for a while my date got drunk and had sex with five different guys. I got nothing.

I didn’t lose it. I gave it away.
And it wasn’t prom nite.

Not me, nor anyone I know.

Nobody I know lost it then. Only on Beverly Hills 90210.
