Should my LG TU500 phone work on my mac (via usb)?

iSync doesn’t recognize it, but the phone lights up. Are there any drivers that I could download? Or a program? I had a look around and didn’t see much… I also tried bitpim but all that did was crash repeatedly. Oh, and my computer doesn’t have bluetooth.
